AJC New England (American Jewish Committee) is inviting high school sophomores, juniors and seniors to apply to Leaders for Tomorrow (LFT), a unique and inspiring global leadership initiative. Those selected will be connected to AJC’s global advocacy network and gain leadership, advocacy and community engagement skills that will serve them for years to come.
Today’s high school students are tomorrow’s Jewish leaders. The LFT program encourages discussion, activities and peer learning. Students gain an understanding of issues impacting world Jewry today and develop the skills that enable them to be thoughtful and effective advocates in high school, college and beyond.
The program consists of seven high-level, participatory training sessions on Sundays (once per month), from 5-8 p.m., culminating in an advocacy trip to Washington, D.C.
Admission is highly competitive and will be limited to 25-30 high school students.
Registration ends Oct. 13, 2019. Apply here.
