Jookender Community Initiatives is excited to announce a new initiative to distribute free school supplies to all local teachers, schools, after-school programs, camps, and daycares providing children’s programs in the Greater Boston area, including the North Shore and South Shore. This effort will continue through the end of December 2024 and may extend into 2025.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of Walmart of Walpole and the ongoing support from CJP, we’re able to meaningfully give back to the community.

So far, 16 groups and schools have already benefited from this action, including:

  • Temple Israel of Sharon
  • Advanced Hebrew Learning Center of Brookline
  • Atid Daycare of Dedham

These organizations have received valuable supplies, empowering their educators and creating better opportunities for the children they serve.

Hear what educators are saying (feedback from recipients has been overwhelmingly positive!):

  • “Our classrooms are more engaging than ever. The kids are thrilled with the new materials, and we are so grateful for this support,” shared an educator from one of the participating after-school programs.
  • “It’s wonderful to know that there are organizations like Jookender that truly care about education and the resources we need to succeed,” said a teacher from a local daycare.
  • A camp organizer noted, “This donation couldn’t have come at a better time. Supplies like these make all the difference in creating meaningful programs for our kids.”

If you’re a teacher or represent a school, camp, or children’s program, this is your chance to access much-needed supplies for free! Fill out this form to schedule your pickup. Supplies are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, so don’t wait!

We’re immensely thankful to Walmart of Walpole for its generous donation and to CJP for its steadfast support of our initiatives. Together, we’re creating a stronger, more supportive community for educators and children.

Pick-up dates are available through the end of December 2024 and may be extended into 2025. Don’t miss this opportunity to enhance your program and provide the best for your students.
