Gan Elohim Preschool is hiring! Located in a warm and welcoming Jewish reform synagogue in Wellesley, we are seeking an experienced Lead Toddler Teacher, a Toddler Teacher, and an Afternoon Educator to join our team of dedicated educators.
Gan Elohim provides a loving, inclusive environment where children learn and grow. Through hands-on learning, children experience the joy of exploration and the pleasure of discovery. Children are exposed to familiar routines and daily activities that foster their social, emotional, physical and cognitive development. We are committed to providing an integrated curriculum that engages the children as they learn about Jewish traditions, values and holidays. We provide a comfortable and caring environment in which our children will gain an appreciation of learning, a positive self-esteem and the confidence to grow and become independent.
We are seeking candidates who are nurturing, creative, and have a passion for teaching young children. He or she must display understanding and warmth towards children and parents.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree and teacher certification through EEC.
Afternoon Educator: Monday through Friday, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Full Time, benefits available.
Lead Toddler Teacher: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 1:30 pm (Wednesdays until 2:30 pm)
Part Time – 26 hours. Additional hours available.
Toddler Teacher: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 1:30 pm (Wednesdays until 2:30 pm)
Part Time – 26 hours. Additional hours available.
Salary dependent upon qualifications and experience.
