We invite you to join us for the High Holy Days 5780. We are a small, fully inclusive and egalitarian congregation supported entirely by membership and contributions. We are committed to social justice and the pursuit of peace, while offering a spiritually vibrant, traditionally oriented approach to Jewish life and prayer. We do not sell tickets or assign seats, but to help us plan we do need to know in advance if you will be joining us. Shall we plan to have you among us? If so:
- We need to know who you are and how to reach you.
- Click here to let us know you’re coming and if others will be attending with you.
- Please make as generous a contribution as you are able to. Your contribution helps Nehar Shalom keep its doors open. Please consider that the cost of High Holy Day tickets around Boston ranges from $100-$360 per ticket. Contributions can be made online when you register or via check.
There will be a tent in the back of the house where parents and children can find respite. On the first day of Rosh Hashanah and on Yom Kippur, there will be a program geared toward children ages 3-7 and their parents/caring adults from 11-12. Older children are welcome. Please indicate when you register if you and your children plan to participate.
With blessings to you and your loved ones for a sweet, healthy and fulfilling year, and with fervent prayers for surcease from war and violence throughout the world.
