Temple Beth Shalom of Cambridge is also known as the Tremont Street Shul, and the Tremont St. 20s&30s are the “post-college, pre-kindergarten” segment of the Cambridge/Somerville community.
Pre-payment: For all weekday events, admission is payable at the door. For events taking place on Shabbat or holidays, we cannot accept money at the door, so reservations MUST be paid in advance. Prepaid reservations may be submitted online; instructions will be included in the event listing.
Demographics: Tremont St. 20s&30s events are geared toward young Jewish adults (couples and singles) in the 21-39 age range, in the Cambridge/Somerville area.
Event costs: We work hard to keep our event admission manageable for all. “Student” rates, when available, are also open to the low-income, unemployed, and others for whom the regular event cost is financially prohibitive. “Member” rates are offered, when possible, as an incentive to become a member of our parent organization, Temple Beth Shalom of Cambridge. All rates for a given event will be posted; for events with a single posted cost, it is usually the cost of the activity and discounts cannot be offered.
