Camp Grossman is a JCC day camp serving boys and girls ages 4½ to 15. Located on 75 acres of the Hale Reservation on the Dover/Westwood line, Grossman serves the Greater Boston community with bus transportation provided from more than 40 communities.
The Grossman day is full of age-appropriate choices, with emphasis on opportunities to be successful in activities and building social skills. Red Cross-approved instructional swim and free swim are part of each day.
Families can enroll for two to nine weeks, consecutively or as they choose. Whatever time they spend at Grossman, staff and campers share a sense of Jewish pride, and Jewish themes are woven through camp life; however, everyone is welcome at Grossman.
Camp Grossman is designed to be fun for campers of every age, from the youngest to the oldest. Campers are assigned to units, based on their age. They spend most of their day with the children in their unit, participating in scheduled group activities. Each unit has a different daily schedule based on their age and level of development. Unit schedules change daily and weekly to keep camp exciting and fun!
