The Israeli Complementary School (ICS) is an after school program for Hebrew speaking students in grades K-8. Our curriculum adheres to the curriculum taught in schools in Israel, and covers Hebrew language, history, geography, Bible and Jewish holidays, all from the Israeli perspective.
The ICS in Boston is a non-profit organization founded in 1969 by a group of parents who sought to establish a place where Hebrew language can be taught and Jewish tradition maintained in an Israeli atmosphere. The school is managed by a parents’ committee and is led by the school principal.
