Join in our annual Sukkot harvest celebration where we open our doors to gather those in their 20s and 30s for this joyful moment in the Jewish year with a farm-to-sukkah meal filled with learning, music, and community.
Sukkot, a biblical harvest festival, is also a time to welcome guests and celebrate. We’ll prepare and enjoy a fresh meal using locally-sourced produce outside in the Temple Israel sukkah at 7 p.m., study a bit of Torah with Rabbi Oberstein, and shake the lulav.
If you would like to join us to help prepare the harvest meal at 6 p.m., please let Rabbi Andrew Oberstein know at aoberstein@tisrael.org.
Spread the word to any young adults in your life (those who are interested in Judaism, interfaith couples, and those who consider themselves Jewish-adjacent heartily welcomed!) who might want to join us.
We are grateful to be able to offer this Riverway celebration at no cost to those in their 20s and 30s in the Boston area. Please consider making a donation to The Riverway Project so that we can serve the Riverway community all year long.
