Join our writer’s workshop for a journey of personal narrative exploration. Each week, you’ll craft compelling stories from your own experiences, guided by prompts that cover classic storytelling elements like sensory details, character development, dilemmas, and dialogue.
In the first session, we’ll study personal narrative examples and prepare for independent writing. Subsequent classes focus on sharing our creations, selecting new prompts, and refining our craft.
No prior experience is necessary. Whether you’re preserving cherished moments, sharing stories with loved ones, or pursuing publication, our supportive community, led by Marianne Marks, is here to inspire and encourage your creative journey. Marianne facilitates writing workshops for adults to foster integrity, rich conversations, and a sense of community.
