We’re excited to invite you to a unique and powerful film screening of “The Jewish Jail Lady and the Holy Thief.” This feature-length documentary delves into the dark, troubled, and often unbelievable pasts of Rabbi Mark Borovitz and Harriet Rossetto, whose personal journeys led them to one another and to the creation of Beit T’Shuvah. Beit T’shuvah in Los Angeles is a groundbreaking recovery and treatment center recognized worldwide.
Adding to this special evening, we are honored to welcome director Barry Rosenthal, who will join us for a post-film conversation with Rabbi Stern. We will meet at 4 p.m., with the film beginning at 4:30 p.m. at the West Newton Cinema.
