“Thank Goodness It’s Shabbat” is a lively and interactive service that meets on select Saturday mornings for anyone between the ages of 5 days and 5 years. Led by beloved local musician Wayne Potash and the Temple Israel clergy, TGIS includes dancing, singing, playing and praying.

Weather permitting, our Shabbat gathering will take place outdoors in Temple Israel’s spacious garden. If it’s rainy or cool, we will move indoors to the chapel. After our service we will have bagels and cream cheese, challah and playground time. Come be a part of our Village community! All are welcome.

TGIS will be on-site at Temple Israel the first, third and fifth Saturday of every month.
