Join other parents and supporting adults as we gather around supporting our teens’ mental health and wellness. Learn more about the opportunities and supports available for members of the Greater Boston Jewish community and how we can work together!

Keynote: Rabbi Tamara Cohen, chief of program and strategy, Moving Traditions, whose evidence-based programs embolden Jewish teens to thrive, for an engaging and practical conversation about the five core principles of parenting teens today with Jewish values, love and respect, for them and for yourself.

Our time will be a mix of a keynote workshop, short panel and breakout conversations. Attendees will leave with new information, connections and resources. Refreshments will be available. We look forward to connecting with you!

This opportunity is running concurrently with “De-compress and Destress: A #JewishBostonTeens Gathering Around Mental Health and Wellness” (2-5:30 p.m.), also being held at Gann Academy, and is part of a larger effort to create spaces and resources to reduce stigma surrounding mental health and wellness in our community while creating a more connected and inclusive community for #JewishBostonTeens and their supporting adults.
