Join educator and postpartum doula Gila Modell and a group of second-time (or third-time) parents as we create space to manage the ups, downs, and everything in between with a newborn baby. Bring your baby and a blanket, and come for some tummy time and much-deserved parent time.
We will discuss how the first few weeks or months are going, share resources and tools, and create a village to feel supported on your parenting journey this time around.
Gila Modell, the MoDoula, is a trained birth and postpartum doula, facilitating groups for new and seasoned parents navigating the first year of life with a newborn. She provides space as well as support for parents to build connections and grow their village. With a master’s degree in counseling and education, Gila works to empower parents, providing joy and support along their journey.
