Celebrate the Rosh Hashanah holiday in an outdoor morning service led by Rabbi Katy Allen and Gabi Mezger. All are welcome to attend this traditional and nontraditional service and to bring your children, as we have a kid-friendly activity planned that will take place during part of the service.
Connect to the world around you through singing, meditation, prayer, a Torah reading and discussion, and an opportunity to hear the shofar. You may find a deeper connection to the holiday than you have in the past.
A vegetarian potluck lunch and tashlich will follow the service. (All registrants will receive additional details and are asked to bring a vegetarian dish to share.)
The service will be outside, so please dress for the weather and bring a water bottle and bug spray. In the event of inclement weather, we will move under an outdoor pavilion.
Please see the Ma’yan Tikvah website for more information about suggested donation levels.
This location is handicap accessible and can be reached using the 554 MBTA bus.
