Shir Hadash invites you to join our vibrant, inclusive and egalitarian Reconstructionist Havurah for Rosh Hashanah services and shofar-blowing. This year, our services will be enriched by the addition of a special guest, Naomi Gurt Lind, a rabbinical student at Hebrew College, who will add musical and spiritual enhancements. A light kiddush will follow each service.
Schedule:
Sunday, Sept. 29:
- 8-9 p.m. Erev Rosh Hashanah – Light kiddush to follow
Monday, Sept. 30:
- 9:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. First day morning service – Light kiddush to follow
- 4:30-5:30 p.m. – Tashlich service at the Charles River Bridge on the Charles River Greenway (map)
Tuesday, Oct. 1:
- 9:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Second day morning service – Light kiddush to follow
Registration is required for both members and non-members. There is a suggested $100 contribution for non-members that covers both Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur services.
