This retreat in Hartford, CT, invites you to deepen your inner strength through silence, song, writing, movement, and sacred rest. It’s an invitation to be grounded like trees—and to grow toward healing and wholeness together.
Our journey will focus on aligning with our true selves, seeking inner grounding like rooted trees that remain resilient amidst life’s challenges. By cultivating our genuine, thriving selves, we grow branches that provide shade and support, creating space for personal healing and communal transformation. Combining daily silent periods with rich conversation, movement, writing, song, and prayer, we will balance personal exploration with interpersonal connection.
Facilitated by Applied Jewish Spirituality (AJS) meditation instructor Rabbi Daniel Silverstein, Lech-Lecha director Nadav Slovin, and yoga instructor Michal Slovin.
