The author will discuss her book, “Eternal Life,” a story of regret, obligation and endless love that chronicles the fate of two young lovers condemned to live forever.

Dara Horn is an award-winning novelist and literary scholar. She received her Ph.D. in comparative literature from Harvard University in 2006, studying Hebrew and Yiddish. She has written five books, three of which were selected as an Editor’s Choice in The New York Times Book Review. Dara has taught courses on Hebrew and Yiddish literature at Sarah Lawrence College, City University of New York and at Harvard University, where she held the Gerald Weinstock Visiting Professorship in Jewish Studies. She has lectured at more than 200 universities and cultural institutions throughout North America, in Israel and in Australia. Dara lives in New Jersey with her husband and four children.
