Has your child or student ever asked a question about someone with a disability, and you weren’t sure how to respond? You’re not alone! Join Gateways for a webinar designed for parents, caregivers, and educators of children ages 2-11.

Together, we’ll explore practical, age-appropriate ways to talk openly about disability with kids that nurture understanding, empathy, and inclusion. You’ll come away with strategies to:

  • Answer tricky questions with honesty and kindness.
  • Encourage children’s natural curiosity with respect, rather than pity or fear.
  • Use books, media, and everyday moments to inspire inclusivity.

In honor of Jewish Disability Awareness, Acceptance, and Inclusion Month (JDAIM), commit to creating a more compassionate, inclusive world, starting at home and in the classroom. Let’s break down stigmas, challenge ableism, and raise kids who value diversity and inclusion. Sign up now to join the conversation—because the world needs more thoughtful, empathetic kids!
