Wrapping up a year when we have often felt like things were sideways or upside down, let’s take some time to breathe and shift our perspective on mental health and wellness with compassion, presence, trust and resilience through a variety of wellness and mindfulness practices.
Feeling stressed? Take a break from your busy week and join JTI Peer Leadership Fellows Amanda and Elianna for relaxation, yoga and meditation with wellness guide and Jewish educator Kimmy Duen͂as of Learn. Grow. Rise. Connect with other #JewishTeens via Zoom from your favorite (quiet) space, and don’t forget to bring a yoga mat or towel, water, a journal or paper and something to write with…and comfy clothes! No prior experience necessary.
