A seder plate isn’t just an ordinary plate—it’s full of history, traditions and symbolism passed down through generations of Jewish families around the world. What do each of the foods on the plate stand for? How are they relevant to our lives now, thousands of years after the Jews were freed from slavery in Egypt?
The Vilna Shul, 18 Doors and Honeymoon Israel invite you to join us as we dive into these questions and more. Our evening will begin with wine and snacks on the outdoor patio with the chance to meet other Jewish/interfaith/multifaith couples. Afterward, we will explore the symbols of the seder plate through play, conversation and other creative outlets.
