Come visit Congregation Dorshei Tzedek for Shabbat! We are a welcoming and progressive Reconstructionist community in West Newton. This will be a great way to meet religious school families and education director Earnest Arky Solomon. Learn more about our religious school here.
All are welcome to this fun, musical, all-ages celebration of Shabbat! There will be two services, one for little ones with early bedtimes and one for all ages, with dinner in the middle.
Schedule:
5:30-6 p.m.: Shorashim Shabbat for families with kids 5 and under (or who have an early bedtime!)
6-6:45 p.m.: Shabbat candle-lighting and potluck dinner (please bring a veggie/dairy main dish or salad to share; drinks and dessert will be provided)
6:45-7:30 p.m.: Musical family-friendly service
7:30 p.m.: End the evening with dessert at Oneg Shabbat
