Join the Hornstein Jewish Professional Leadership Program for a panel of Jewish communal leaders for a discussion exploring the Jewish communal context one year after the shattering events of October 7.
Moderated by Hornstein Director Liora Norwich; Professor of the Practice Barry Shrage; and with support from the Hornstein class of 2024-25, the event will feature:

The panel will explore critical topics surrounding the changing role of Jewish communal professionals, including:
- How Jewish communal leadership can respond to assure our future in this historic moment
- Navigating shifting concepts of Jewish peoplehood and new demands on communal institutions and pluralist spaces for Jewish life
- The need for more Jewish professionals entering the field of communal service
