Join us in commemorating Oct. 7. Rabbi Claudia Kreiman will be in conversation with leaders who will share their experience of Oct. 7 and the year that followed, as well as their vision for the future.

Rabbi Avi Dabush was ordained as a rabbi by the Beit Midrash for the Israeli Rabbinate of the Shalom Hartman Institute and HaMidrasha in Oranim. He is one of the founders of the Negev Council and the Movement of the Periphery. Dabush is the executive director of Rabbis for Human Rights. On Oct. 7, 2023, Dabush survived Hamas’ terror attack at his home in Kibbutz Nirim; he and his family are currently displaced persons in temporary accommodation. Dabush has become a leading voice in advocating for the return of the hostages, and continues his call for human rights and peace across the region.
