Join us for challah braiding and baking with local challah guru Mandylicious! We will feed our hearts and souls as we make our sacred bread: challah. Learn from globally recognized Mandylicious in this one-hour virtual challah baking workshop. Together, we will braid one three-strand stuffed sweet loaf and one six-strand savory topped loaf.
If you haven’t learned to bake challot, this is your chance! To receive a challah kit (kosher/pareve) in advance EXTENDED, please register by March 30. Please note that we cannot mail kits. Challah kits may be picked up on Friday, April 1, by you or your JCDS student. Or make one of Mandy’s recipes or your own favorite. Mandy’s recipes provided upon registration include a list of the items you will need for the workshop.
