Please join us for a discussion on the CJP Community Study and its implications for CJP’s strategy planning process.
The Greater Boston Jewish Community Study, conducted every 10 years, provides us with critical information about our community. This report is an essential resource for everyone involved in the Jewish community and who care about its future. If you have not yet had a chance to read our Boston Jewish Community Study, we highly encourage you to do so. If you plan to attend, please email Beth Tauro at betht@cjp.org.
In this interactive session, we will be seeking your critical voice in CJP’s strategic planning process. Light refreshments will be served. Our CJP speakers will be Gil Preuss, Executive Vice President, and Elisa Deener-Agus, Associate Vice President, Strategic Initiatives.
- Gil Preuss oversees both the Planning and Development functions at CJP. During his time at CJP, Gil has helped launch and develop a $45 million initiative to improve Jewish day school education in Greater Boston, directed CJP’s 2008 Strategic Plan, and developed new planning and allocation processes to meet the immediate and long-term needs of the Jewish community. Gil is leading CJP’s 2017 strategic planning process.
- Elisa Deener-Agus directs CJP’s performance measurement initiative and oversees critical projects, such as the Community Study and the current strategic planning process. Previously, Elisa has held the role of CJP’s Associate Director of the Initiative for Day School Excellence. Before coming to CJP in 2008, Elisa was a labor, employment and immigration attorney.
