ASUH Hosts “New Year in New Hampshire” on September 14
Jul 14, 2014—“All friends, old and new, of the University of Haifa are invited to celebrate the coming New Year together with us,” says Carolyn Keller, Director – New England of the American Society of the University of Haifa (ASUH). “We’ll share a day filled with enjoyable and enlightening experiences in a beautiful country setting.”
ASUH and its supporters will be welcoming the coming New Year at Avaloch Farm in Boscawen, NH from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm on Sunday, September 14, 2014.
Guests are invited to participate in a variety of family friendly activities, including:
— Apple picking and cider making
— Festive lunch prepared by a Culinary Institute of America chef
— Classical and traditional Jewish music performance by the Trio Cleonice
— Learning about the latest research from the University of Haifa
The event will be hosted by Professor Fred Tauber, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the University of Haifa, and his wife, Professor Paula Fredriksen.
