It is equally important to exercise mind as well as body. In “Mind and Motion,” we do both. Simple physical exercises are used to stimulate thinking processes used to make observations, make decisions, solve challenges, find what is hidden and understand why some of the natural and people-made wonders remain as mysteries.
The program merges the physical and mental realms while having fun as well as thoughtful discussion.
