The Harriett and Ralph Kaplan Estates will hold a very special spring open house, presented in conjunction with the assisted living’s “Around the World” monthly series. The May program celebrates the country of Israel. Guests will have the opportunity to take private tours of the assisted living, sample the traditional foods of Israel and meet one-one-one with Executive Director Megin Hemmerling, Marketing Director Andrea Hillel and Vice President of Business Development Terry Halliday.
Kaplan Estates includes a traditional assisted living residence as well as memory care for those with Alzheimer’s and dementia. Amenities include fresh, healthy meals, café, hair and nail salon, fitness center, library, living room, great room for concerts and shows, dining room, children’s play area, therapeutic garden and outdoor patio areas for seasonal recreational activities.
“We are thrilled to host this event for members of the surrounding communities,” states Megin Hemmerling, Executive Director of Kaplan Estates. “Each month we hold a ‘virtual trip’ for our residents and families so they can experience the food and culture of different regions throughout the world. Since May is Israel’s birthday month, it seems a particularly appropriate time to showcase this beautiful country.”
To RSVP to the open house and receive a special welcome gift, please call Andrea Hillel at 978-854-1812 or email ahillel@chelseajewish.org before May 23.
