Please join us for a talk on “Judaism as the Religion of Life: A New Look at the Jewish Narrative” with Rav Yitz Greenberg.

Rav Yitz served as the first full-time director of Brandeis Hillel, where he established kosher dining and built the first sukkah on Brandeis’ campus. He went on to be a renowned rabbi and academic, prolific theologian, pioneer in Holocaust education and leading proponent of Jewish-Christian dialogue. In the 1960s, he founded SAR Academy and was the rabbinic leader of Yavneh, the Orthodox Jewish student organization on campus. He served as chairman of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum on the National Mall from 2000-2002. Rav Yitz was ordained at the Novardok Yeshiva in Brooklyn and earned his Ph.D. at Harvard.
