A week-long series of tennis camps for children in grades 3-8 will be offered throughout the summer at the Leventhal-Sidman Jewish Community Center (333 Nahanton Street) in Newton. Whether you’re new to the game or your tennis skills are already developing, the camp’s recreation-focused environment and progressive training techniques can help improve and develop skills at every level. Daily schedule includes instruction, drills, free swim, games and match play. Campers may participate in one, many, or all weeks of camp. Led by USPTA certified tennis pro Doug Maynard, the camp is offered weekly from June 29 through September 4 from 10am-4pm. Cost per week is $490. Early drop-off and extended day options available.
