Chef Nir Mesika grew up in Israel and can trace his ancestry to Egypt and Morocco. Influenced by Jewish tradition and his Moroccan heritage, Nir’s cuisine melds family memories with ancient Moroccan flavors, providing diners with a cross-cultural experience. He’ll share his journey from son of a famous Israeli baker to owner and executive chef of New York City’s Timna restaurant.
