Brigadier General Doug Slocum is no stranger to ATC, having addressed the congregation virtually in the past. He was a tactical wing commander in the USAF, base commander of Selfridge AFB, flew F-16s for delivery to the IDF/IAF, wrote the IAF training manuals for the F-16s and A-10s delivered to Israel, and was the Chief of Safety for the USAF National Guard. He is an acknowledged expert in military tactics, battle planning, leadership and a whole lot more. General Slocum is a ferocious defender of the State of Israel.
