We invite you to come listen to the incredible story of Regina Suchowolski-Sluszny, one of 6,000 children hidden during World War II. She was one of the lucky ones who was not only reunited with her family, but fortunate enough to be brought up in the loving home of a non-Jewish family whom she also considered to be her parents.
Last year alone she visited 149 schools, where she tells her and her husband George’s stories. (George was also a hidden child.) Regina is the vice president of the Hidden Child Association in Belgium, as well as the president of the Forum of Jewish Organizations, working against anti-Semitism and for the support of Israel, among many other initiatives.
Refreshments will be served. Donations accepted.
