The Hakol Israel advocacy program is a six-week program that equips participants with the knowledge and skills to engage their community around Israel. Participants meet one evening a week and learn from expert speakers, take part in interactive workshops, and join hands-on skills-based trainings. Classes address timely and topical issues based on current events.

With the support of the Hakol team, alumni will engage in an array of activism efforts, such as writing articles, hosting parlor meetings, engaging in online advocacy, or joining the leadership of Hakol. Program graduates join a network of Israel activists serving as a resource in the Boston Jewish community.

The Fall 2017 cohort of Hakol will meet on Wednesday evenings from 7-9 p.m. in Newton Centre, between October 25 – December 6 (no class November 22).

Confirmed speakers include:

-Rachel Fish, Associate Director of the Schusterman Center at Brandeis University on BDS

-Alex Goldstein, Founder and CEO of 90 West on communicating across political differences

-Joe Hyams, CEO of Honest Reporting on identifying and addressing media bias

-Matan Zamir, Deputy Consulate General of Israel to New England on Start-Up Nation

The application deadline is September 25, 2017. Register now!
