Join a leisurely walk to explore the wild edible and medicinal plants growing around us and learn how to recognize them and use them. We’ll talk about entering into hevruta (partnerships) with plants and learn to listen to them meditatively.

We’ll practice plant identification skills, make herbal poultices and put them on each other, and learn about preparing wild foods, beverages, and medicines. We may make a wild salad or other treat, but exactly what we make will depend on what we find. We’ll share brakhot (blessings) before eating and drinking.
