Let’s get ready to rumble in this all levels boxing conditioning event led by Todd Buster Paris, USA Boxing Certified Boxing Trainer/Coach and USA Boxing Amateur Athlete in the Master Boxer Division.
You’ll be put through the paces of Olympic-style amateur boxing—we’re looking at traditional shadow boxing to get your adrenaline flowing, push-ups, squats, and footwork, plus you’ll enjoy some friendly in-house Olympic competition with a series of timed events, including “Jump Rope,” “Planking” and “Punches.” Whether you go for the gold or simply want to have fun, celebrate your ability to move and exercise in this total body workout.
