Join other South Area families for a fast-paced and fun cardio barre class. The class is specially tailored for every member of your family to have a fun, challenging and safe workout. Relax with a light snack and conversation at the end of class.
Bring a bottle of water and plan to be barefoot or wear socks with grip. Non-walking babies must be worn in a carrier. For families with children ages 0-6 years, siblings welcome.
