Join experts Tova Speter and Sara Roizen on Zoom to learn about the benefits of therapeutic art and how we can use it to promote healing in our Jewish communities and our lives.

The Ruderman Synagogue Inclusion Project has partnered with local art therapists Tova Speter and Sara Roizen to support our community of synagogues by providing a therapeutic arts-based workshop in response to the challenging emotions and experiences we have faced during the pandemic.

This workshop is a unique opportunity to pause, connect more deeply, learn about the therapeutic arts and create some inner emotional space through supportive art-making processes. The art process is naturally healing and offers a path to explore themes of mindfulness, self-care, mental health and resilience.

This event is for anyone who would like to learn more about this revolutionary practice.

For the hands-on portion of the program, please plan to have a pen, marker or Sharpie and a sheet of paper readily available.
