On this 100th anniversary of Leonard Bernstein’s birth, Falmouth Jewish Congregation invites the public to a special afternoon of free entertainment. Join vocalist Stephanie Miele and pianist Lucy Banner for songs by Bernstein and Gershwin.
Come hear beloved and familiar songs such as “I Got Rhythm,” “Someone to Watch Over Me” and “They Can’t Take That Away from Me” by Gershwin and selections from “Wonderful Town” and “West Side Story” by Bernstein, in addition to lesser-known songs written by each of them. A reception will follow. This event is free of charge, but advance reservations are recommended. To reserve a seat, call 508-540-0602 or write to fjcoffice@comcast.net.
