US Congresswoman Lori Trahan will visit CBE on Sunday morning May 5 from 9:30 – 10:15 am to celebrate the Department of Energy Sunny Award for Equitable Community Solar to Congregation Beth Elohim and Sunwealth Power. This event will follow up from their successful Brotherhood Breakfast and Community Solar Forum on April 7. Lori Trahan will attend an informal press event and receive a tour of the canopy and provide remarks congratulating Sunwealth Power and Congregation Beth Elohim as Grand Prize winners in the 2023 national competition. Also attending will be State Senator Jamie Eldridge, Sunwealth CEO John Abe (probably), State Representative Dan Sena, State Representative Simon Cataldo (invited), town manager John Mangiaratti (invited). Sunwealth is also inviting representatives from the organizations that benefit from the community solar.
