In this seven-week class, we will work together to prepare ourselves for the High Holy Days of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur by taking a deep dive into both ourselves and the traditions and stories that surround these two holidays. We will learn and practice the spiritual guiding process known as Cheshbon Nefesh, as well as pore through the texts of law, history and lore in English.
This course is appropriate for learners of all levels with a desire to engage both in text study and introspection with others before this most holy time of year.
