Join us for a memorable celebration as we mark 50 years of Action for Post-Soviet Jewry’s dedication and service. This milestone event will feature a light brunch, music, and an opportunity to honor impactful work and people from each decade of our history. Connect with fellow supporters, share memories, and help shape the future as we make meaningful impact together.
We are Honoring Action’s founders, Judy Patkin and Bob Gordon, along with Barbara Karchmer, Marlene, and David Bohn, for their supporting roles throughout Action’s years of service. We also honor two partner organizations, Combined Jewish Philanthropies of Greater Boston and The Rashi School.
We are celebrating 50 years of service as we look ahead to the impact we continue to make. We are a small yet mighty grassroots organization that relies on powerful relationships. Action has pivoted from an advocacy organization to humanitarian aid, from a builder of the Jewish community to the conduit of physical and emotional health services. All the while, we adhere to the basic tenet of assuring that people in dire circumstances are seen, heard, and able to live with dignity. Email celebratingaction@actionpsj.org with any questions.
We have opportunities to support each decade of work and honor a person pivotal to that timeframe. There are also opportunities to be added to the host committee and be an event sponsor.
