Founded by the first Muslim Arab to win Israel’s MasterChef, Nof Atamna-Ismaeel, the A-sham Arabic Food Festival in Haifa aims to create social change through food. The festival invites Israelis from different backgrounds to celebrate their unique cultural heritages by working together to transform traditional recipes into modern cuisine.
By pairing Jewish and Arab chefs to collaborate on dishes, A-sham introduces the world to some of Israel’s best-known chefs—and most mouthwatering meals.
