Welcome to New England Region Spring Convention 2025!
Spring Convention is our second and final convention of the year. The themes of Spring Convention are: Spirit, Shabbat & Seniors! We compete in our annual NER Spirit Cup to see which chapter has the most ruach (spirit) as they compete in various activities.
We celebrate Shabbat as a community led by our teen coordinators, educators and song leader. We will have Friday night community service followed by services Saturday morning. We end with our beautiful Havdallah, which is the last one for our seniors. Our Jewish educator, Chaim, will be returning, as well as Julie Friedman, our song leader.
We celebrate our seniors with traditional BBYO activities, including Senior Bonfire and our late-night Life Ceremony. And our regional presidents, Noah Friedman and Emily Harmon, will deliver their NER states address.
We will also elect our new Regional Board for 2025-2026 on Sunday. Other SpringCon traditions including: Separates, Dance (apre-ski-themed with a DJ), Oneg, Spirit, Paradise and more! We will have speakers joining us, as well as a DJ for our dance.
Spring Convention is open to all BBYO members in 8th-12th grade. There will be buses from Marblehead, Providence, Newton, Natick, Acton and Sharon.
Conventions are an exclusive BBYO member experience, which means your teen must be a BBYO member in order to register. Membership is a one-time payment of $249, and lasts all through high school. BBYO members have access to incredible programming at the chapter, regional, and international level, and your teen will be joining a global brotherhood and sisterhood with over 100 years of history.
