Join us for an evening of comedy with Noam Shuster-Eliassi! Noam is a visiting fellow at the Harvard Divinity School, writing her new multi-lingual comedy set, “Coexistence My Ass!”
Noam was born in Israel to Jewish parents with European and Persian heritage, and grew up in the cooperative mixed Israeli village Nave Shalom, or Wāhat as-Salām. She worked for several years at the global peace-building group Interpeace, but abandoned her career as an activist in 2017 to make people laugh and think.
She has performed all over the world, and is the only Jewish comedian to have performed at the Palestinian Comedy Festival.
The show will be followed by a dessert reception.
This event is made possible by the Brachman Family Israel Initiative.
