After Open Spirit’s 100 posts on loving kindness comes to an end, the conversation will continue on with a Jewish Shabbat dinner and celebration that will include Islamic and Jewish wisdom on strength and loving kindness, a potluck dinner, and a facilitated discussion.
The evening will be led by Rabbi Katy Allen of Open Spirit’s One Earth Collaborative and Ma’yan Tikvah – A Wellspring of Hope, Mary Lahaj, Muslim Chaplain, and Anne Lafleur of Gift of Happiness. Experience and explore tools for finding strength and growing loving-kindness and add your wisdom to the conversation. Bring a friend and a vegetarian dish to share.
This program is generously funded by a Combined Jewish Philanthropies Metrowest Community Grant.
