This program is designed to empower professionals to recognize their role in fostering personal and communal wellness. We will explore communal care through the lens of group responsibility and ask ourselves the question: How might I balance my personal sense of wellness and actively contribute to the wellbeing of my colleagues and broader communities of which I am a part? We will discuss frameworks around multidimensional wellness and explore ways in which Judaism and Jewish tradition can be robustly supportive of wellness and well-being.
- KNOW: Professionals will be able to approach mental health through a multi-dimensional wellness lens. They will understand how this perspective can help us find balance and prioritize wellness both for the sake of our own mental health, as well as that of our colleagues and broader communities.
- DO: Professionals will reflect on the state of their personal and communal wellness. They will apply tactical tools learned during this session to nurture self-care, and explore how they might contribute to communal well-being through their roles within the community.
- FEEL: Professionals will deepen their connection to others, and feel confident in their ability to take action in fostering self and communal care.
